Role Overview Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you'll be the master strategist behind our token economies. Your mission? Design, analyze, and optimize tokenomic frameworks that don't just exist, but absolutely thrive across crypto, gaming, and financial landscapes. You'll work cross-functionally to create token models that aren't just sustainable—they'll set the market standard.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Design tokenomic models for tokens like MGC, RZUSD, RealEstate, and others, balancing incentives, utility, and sustainability.
- Analyze and optimize token supply, distribution, staking, and reward mechanisms to enhance user engagement and market performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate tokenomics into GMaaS, CoinLoan, RankingGame, and other offerings.
- Model economic scenarios using tools like Python, R, or specialized blockchain analytics platforms to predict token behavior.
- Partner with marketing to communicate token value propositions to investors, gamers, and enterprise clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor tokenomics, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on token performance, liquidity, and ecosystem growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in tokenomics, economics, or financial modeling, with 2+ years in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
- Proven track record of designing token economies for projects with $1M+ in market cap or user adoption.
- Deep expertise in tokenomics, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BNB, Solana).
- Proficiency in economic modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) and blockchain analytics (e.g., Dune, Etherscan).
- Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems (e.g., play-to-earn, metaverse) and asset tokenization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex models into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or blockchain certifications preferred.
