Fullmind is hiring a Virtual Students with Disabilities Educator to provide live-streamed instruction in a fully remote setting. As a 1099 Independent Contractor following the school district's calendar, you will guide students to course completion, fostering an engaging and supportive virtual learning environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Keep track of student grades and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Current teaching certification in Students With Disabilities.
- Master's Degree in Students with Disabilities from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Ability to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
Nice to Have
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- $290 daily rate; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
