About the Role

Manage travel reservations and customer inquiries remotely, ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients to assist with travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely reservations.
  • Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all reservations and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve reservation processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all reservations meet client requirements and preferences.
  • Process cancellations and modifications as needed.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and new destinations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for reservations and customer service.
  • Provide support during peak travel seasons and high-volume periods.
  • Contribute to the development of new reservation tools and technologies.
  • Assist in training new team members on reservation systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences.
