What You'll Do
Take ownership of a remote sales territory by engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers to identify needs and present appropriate product solutions. You'll work independently to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship development.
Deliver accurate, compliant information about assigned pharmaceutical products, translating complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights for customers. Maintain up-to-date expertise on product features, benefits, and supporting science to build trust and credibility.
Use CRM systems like Salesforce to log interactions, track opportunities, and monitor progress toward goals. Communicate regularly with internal teams to align on customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Have at least three years of sales experience in life sciences or a related field, with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing targets
- Work effectively without direct supervision in a virtual environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer needs
- Show success selling in competitive markets
- Be comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adapt to working across time zones as necessary
- Complete all required training programs successfully

Compensation
Base salary range of $75,000 to $78,000, with additional bonus potential based on performance.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote/virtual position with no geographic restrictions. You will operate within a global framework, supporting customers and teams across multiple time zones.
