Fullmind is looking for a Virtual Physics Educator (CA Certified) to deliver live-streamed instruction to high school students. You’ll teach 5 sections of High School Physics (3 general and 2 honors) to mostly 11th graders, following the school’s curriculum on a district virtual platform. Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education.
What You'll Do
- Teach 5 sections of High School Physics (3 general and 2 honors) to mostly 11th graders.
- Teach the curriculum of the school on the district virtual platform.
- Attend district professional development and faculty meetings.
- Record student progress and keep track of student grades and performance.
- Partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically in class with students.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a current CA - Physics certification with ELA1 authorization.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional educator.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Must live near a LiveScan location or be willing to drive to one.
- Must participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
- LiveScan Fingerprinting will be required.
Nice to Have
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $265-$275 per day; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
Work Mode
