We are a growing children’s clothing brand seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role primarily involves data entry tasks related to order confirmations and Excel-based data management.

What You'll Do

  • Inputting and organizing order confirmations into Excel spreadsheets
  • Reviewing and managing data in Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Using Excel to track and update orders and inventory
  • Managing and updating other computer systems as needed
