Pathline Connect is looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide essential day-to-day administrative and operational support. We need a proactive and highly organised individual to help manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage emails, calendars, and the scheduling of meetings
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Provide administrative support including the creation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain accurate records
- Support customer communication and respond to enquiries professionally
- Assist with basic research and online tasks as required
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all assignments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in common productivity tools, specifically Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
