Hunt St is looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide multi-functional support for our team. You will combine administrative excellence with light sales experience in a fast-paced environment. We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable while reducing their energy footprint.
What You'll Do
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, email management, file organization, and scheduling.
- Call leads to qualify interest and gather information using provided scripts and training.
- Submit rebate applications and manage related documentation for a program offered in Melbourne.
- Update CRM tools and maintain records for leads and contacts.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely responses to leads and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of administrative and client support tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Service M8, Outlook emails, and app.geocreation.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls.

- Experience or familiarity with outbound lead engagement, prospect qualification, or early-stage sales outreach.
