Job Purpose
This role is your chance to supercharge the VIP player experience across our Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo brands.
As a VIP Promotions Executive, you'll be the mastermind behind our player engagement strategy. You'll craft and execute promotional campaigns that not only wow our VIP players but also drive key commercial metrics. Working hand-in-hand with CRM, Product, and VIP teams, you'll be the secret sauce that keeps our players excited and coming back for more.

Areas of Responsibility
- Drive the VIP promotional roadmap, developing and executing weekly and monthly promotional plans.
- Collect and clarify campaign requirements upfront.
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to develop and approve content.
- Partner with legal to craft crystal-clear campaign terms & conditions.
- Manage back-office campaign logistics – running draws, crediting rewards, the whole nine yards.
- Design and implement promotional discount strategies with precision.
- Prioritize work to ensure thorough pre-launch quality assurance.
- Sync with CRM to nail down communication strategies for VIP players and source killer content.
- Critically analyze VIP promotion performance and propose optimization strategies.
- Dive deep into discount offer uptake and recommend improvements.
- Compile and present comprehensive analysis in weekly business reporting meetings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in online casino (gaming) – minimum 2 years in a commercial or marketing support role. Social Casino experience is a major plus.
- Organization ninja with laser-sharp attention to detail.
- Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with a "bring it on" attitude.
- Sharp commercial acumen – turning data into actionable insights.
- Native English speaker with a solid grasp of the North American market.
