In this pivotal role, you'll be the talent scout extraordinaire—tracking down, recruiting, and supporting top-notch third-party contractors who nail our clients' needs. You'll be the bridge between technician offices and our team, keeping projects humming and stepping in to help dispatch when things get busy.

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier contractors for DSI's installation and dealer programs using every prospecting trick in the book
- Conduct laser-focused screening interviews and smooth out the onboarding process for pre-vetted technician offices
- Deliver crystal-clear program overviews during onboarding so there's zero confusion about expectations
- Deploy a multi-channel recruitment strategy and constantly evaluate which methods are hitting the mark
- Build and nurture talent networks that keep both active and passive candidates engaged
- Continuously brainstorm and propose fresh sourcing strategies to level up our recruitment game
Relationship & Communication Management
- Keep constant contact with prospects and technician offices, ensuring paperwork flows smoothly and onboarding stays on track
- Champion our brand through consistently professional and compelling communication
- Act as the critical connector between technician offices and our internal teams, providing crystal-clear updates on order status and program requirements
Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure every bit of contractor and technician data is meticulously entered and maintained across our systems (SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Be the compliance guardian, verifying contractors meet all client guidelines and legal/data privacy standards
Operational Support
- Jump in to help with dispatch and order assignments, including strategic cold calling in high-demand areas
- Keep a hawk-eye on order statuses, assignments, and compensation details across all systems
- Tackle escalations with ninja-level problem-solving and help drive our monthly departmental goals
- Craft comprehensive weekly reports tracking recruitment activities and ongoing tasks

- Task management wizard: setting reminders, tracking goals, and following through
- Can run with minimal supervision after clear direction is set

- Builds bridges across departments and with external partners
- Comfortable generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports in your sleep
- Knows local/regional geography like the back of your hand, Google Maps as your sidekick
Education and/ or experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in partner recruiting
- Experience or knowledge of recruiting partners, installers, technicians, and tech offices across the United States
Language
- English or bilingual (Spanish)
Physical Demand
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of a headset for phone communication, including consistent talking and active listening
- Regular typing and data entry on a keyboard
- Continuous focus on computer monitors for extended periods
- Physical requirements are essential to successfully perform the administrative and communication duties associated with the role
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and ability to use SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Zendesk, Five 9, Zoho, and Salesforce; we are willing to train the right candidate
