D2B is looking for a remote Video Editor/Graphic Designer to transform raw footage into polished, on-brand content for social media, web, and advertising. You will execute creative briefs, ensuring all work serves a clear marketing purpose for our Australian client base.
What You'll Do
- Take raw, unedited footage and transform it into polished final deliverables for client use across social media, web, and advertising.
- Expertly color grade all content and apply LUT workflows to achieve a consistent, premium, and on-brand aesthetic.
- Refine and mix audio tracks for videos, ensuring high-quality sound design and clarity.
- Interpret and execute detailed creative briefs, storyboards, and reference materials from the creative team.
- Ensure all edited content serves a clear marketing purpose, focusing on visual composition and pacing.
- Efficiently deliver finalized assets in various required formats and resolutions for up to 20 Australian clients concurrently.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years solid experience in content production, planning, filming, and editing social media or marketing content.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and LUT workflows.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform-specific content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills — capable of managing multiple projects and timelines for up to 20 clients.
- Strong creative judgment and visual composition skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment with teams across time zones.
- Proficiency in file management, media organization, and cloud storage workflows (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io).
- Strong communication skills — able to interpret briefs, give creative input, and provide status updates clearly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, on-brand content.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with Australian-based teams.
- A portfolio is required.
Nice to Have
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to create supporting assets.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of paid media creative principles — how visuals perform across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Ability to produce UGC-style videos and authentic, creator-led content.
- Experience directing on-location shoots or coordinating small production crews.
- Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Slack, or Frame.io.
- Understanding of brand identity and storytelling for multi-client environments.
- Passion for staying ahead of social trends, editing styles, and content formats.
