GSB Solutions is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our white-label team, creating diverse visual content for agency and client projects. This role offers complete schedule flexibility with no time tracking, focusing on meeting weekly project goals.
What You'll Do
- Design brand identities, logos, and visual identity systems for agency clients.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Develop print and digital designs across various formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand brand requirements and project objectives.
- Utilize AI tools to generate initial design concepts and explore creative directions.
- Refine AI-generated concepts using professional design skills to create polished final deliverables.
- Design presentation materials, pitch decks, and corporate communications.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting weekly deadlines.
- Create social media content templates and branded graphic assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and touchpoints.
- Adapt existing designs to different formats, sizes, and platforms as needed.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and team members.
- Stay current with design trends, typography, and visual communication best practices.
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to project managers.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of graphic design experience with both startup and agency backgrounds.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, print design, and digital graphics.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and willingness to integrate them into workflow.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Experience working with clients directly and incorporating feedback professionally.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design specifications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Available to work within UK timezone for team collaboration and client communication.
