Squareshot is looking for an E-commerce Retouching Specialist who will blend advanced Photoshop retouching with AI tools to create product and model visuals, develop efficient workflows, and help scale our production for e-commerce clients.
What You'll Do
- Research and test the latest AI tools for image, video, 3D, and manipulation.
- Create AI-assisted product and model visuals and refine them with advanced Photoshop retouching.
- Build and document workflows for scalable production.
- Collaborate with art direction and production teams to deliver client-ready assets.
- Evaluate output quality and continuously improve prompts and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Photoshop skills with 3+ years as a product or model retoucher.
- A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce retouching work.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Gemini.
- Ability to craft effective prompts for image and video generation.
- Curiosity, speed of learning, and independence.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of performance and creative marketing.
- Experience with Figma and the Adobe Suite beyond Photoshop.
- Basics of motion and short-form video editing.
