Jobgether is hiring an AI Product Designer to create human-centered, AI-powered experiences for enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to design conversation flows, prototypes, and interfaces that translate complex processes into seamless digital interactions.

What You'll Do

Design AI-powered user experiences and workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Cresta and Kore.ai.
Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
Create wireframes, conversation flows, mockups, and prototypes that bring intelligent workflows to life.
Design and optimize chatbot and voicebot experiences, including intents, dialogue trees, tone, and escalation paths.
Translate complex business processes into intuitive, streamlined digital interactions.
Configure platform elements to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
Continuously test and improve AI experiences using user feedback and analytics.

What We're Looking For

Experience designing for AI-driven products.
Strong UX/UI fundamentals with the ability to apply them to dynamic, multi-modal experiences.
Familiarity with conversational design principles, including dialogue mapping, tone of voice, and accessibility.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, client-facing, or consulting environments.
Comfort working within no-code/low-code platforms and designing scalable AI workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Cresta and Kore.ai.
Experience in sales, pre-sales, demo configurations, or Kore.ai certifications.
