Deel is looking for a Senior Product Designer to solve complex customer and business problems across our global HR and payroll platform. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end product design, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with product managers and developers.
What You'll Do
- Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions
- Think strategically about the product from a high level to connect missing dots
- Present design work and articulate design decisions
- Update acceptance criteria and define logic for work
- Take full cycle ownership of work from ideation, design, review, feedback, final test build, and after release
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers
- Work holistically across multiple platforms: employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard for customer support
- Build and update components in the Design System
What We're Looking For
- A passion for design
- The ability to learn fast
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app
- Strong B2B experience
- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI
- Experience with design systems
- The judgment to know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
- Comfort being embedded into a development team with light touch from the product manager
- Comfort with being involved in the end-to-end development process from ideation to design QA
