Privy is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape our platform and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design and drive the product roadmap from research to launch.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design processes, including user research, UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with engineers to rapidly ship delightful experiences that balance user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions
- Contribute to our design system and establish scalable patterns
- Use data and customer insights to influence product strategy
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping web products at scale
- Experience contributing to and designing from a well-defined Design System
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from discovery to launch
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proactive with outstanding prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
