Paddle is looking for a Senior Product Designer to use a full range of design skills from problem exploration to implementation. You will think strategically about the product's future, contribute to the design system, and own the customer-facing experience across a complex platform and checkout product.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to build out the Paddle platform, creating tools to help software businesses grow.
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineers to build, iterate on, and ship ideas.
- Excel at user interviews and user testing.
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces.
- Build features that make complex tasks and workflows simple and easy to understand for all levels of customers.
- Collaborate with designers across the organisation and use data and insights to continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling.
- Own the customer-facing experience across both a complex platform used to run hundreds of software companies and a checkout product used by millions of consumers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process.
- Good experience working with design systems.
- Experience collaborating with other product designers, PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate design work and the rationale behind it, backed by quantitative and qualitative user research data.
- Self-starter who can work through ambiguity and autonomously complete tasks from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Experience prototyping before implementation using tools like Framer, HTML & CSS.
- Strong UI design skills using Figma or similar.

- Experience ideally in the SaaS/B2B space.
