Vida Health is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to strategically oversee and enhance the end-to-end revenue lifecycle. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and systems to drive growth, efficiency, and alignment between sales, marketing, and finance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable revenue operations processes and systems.
- Own and manage the forecasting, planning, and reporting for the revenue pipeline.
- Analyze sales and marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate revenue reporting and goal alignment.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the revenue team.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related strategic function.
- Proven track record of building and managing revenue operations in a high-growth environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
