Lead provider network development and technology deployment for a growing healthcare organization focused on improving outcomes in underserved communities. This role is central to expanding clinical partnerships across West Coast markets, with a focus on building and contracting primary care networks that support value-based care models.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider outreach, engagement, and contracting to support market expansion aligned with state-specific growth targets
- Lead go-to-market strategy for a predictive analytics platform, guiding sales cycles from initial outreach to contract execution
- Communicate business and clinical value to provider executives and care teams, fostering trust and long-term collaboration
- Design and implement localized strategies in coordination with health plan partners during market launch and cohort development
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and implementation teams to streamline provider onboarding and agreement execution
- Identify process improvements in contracting, network growth, and provider performance to enhance medical cost outcomes
- Support existing provider partners through ongoing growth planning in partnership with success and implementation teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in provider network development, preferably within Medicaid or safety-net delivery systems
- Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS or health technology solutions with documented impact
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes for clinical leaders
- Established relationships with primary care groups, health systems, and Medicaid providers across multiple regions
- Deep understanding of value-based care frameworks, including ACOs, PCMH, bundled payments, and quality incentives
- Experience working with FQHCs, IPAs, and provider-owned health plans is highly valued
- Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and outreach management
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including site visits and partner meetings
Work Environment
Remote position with preference for candidates located on the West Coast. Regular travel required to support market development and partner engagement. Role offers flexibility with structured support for remote work, including a dedicated home office stipend.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range varies by location, from $135,800 to $231,000, based on regional benchmarks
