Gartner is hiring a Vice President, Team Manager for its Assurance Practice, focusing on the Chief Audit Officer (CAE) practice. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of Analysts to deliver critical insights and interactions to executive clients, driving the strategic growth of the CAE business portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 5-10 Analysts to high performance through effective coaching, continuous feedback, and retaining top talent.
- Coach your team to identify and create thought-provoking, actionable content that solves client challenges and drives retention.
- Manage interaction excellence with clients via consultative approaches aligned with practice metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and business evolution by managing team quality through established processes.
- Build and nurture an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging team environment.
- Partner with leadership to contribute to the growth of the CAE business portfolio.
- Work with Assurance leaders to review, assess, and rebalance content creation and interaction capacity.
- Act as a content owner, creating content plans based on key insights, client voice, and data.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to prioritize and support clients’ mission-critical priorities.
- Define and collaborate on operational strategies for resourcing the analyst portfolio and building scalable models.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years’ experience in a related industry (preferably Assurance) or in a consulting/advisory role working with executive and C-suite level clients.
- Strong business acumen combined with a high propensity to learn new terrains.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines by prioritizing demands and coordinating multiple engagements.

- Experience managing, developing, and growing a high-performing team in a large enterprise organization.
