Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive people strategies that support organizational growth and mission
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and inclusion
- Partner with executive leadership to align workforce planning with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
- Direct onboarding, training, and leadership development programs to enhance employee growth
- Manage performance evaluation frameworks and career progression systems
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through measurable initiatives and policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across jurisdictions
- Lead compensation and benefits strategy with a focus on competitiveness and fairness
- Foster strong employee relations through proactive communication and conflict resolution
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and HR effectiveness
- Guide organizational change management during periods of growth or transition
- Build trust across teams by promoting psychological safety and open feedback
- Oversee HR technology systems and data privacy practices
- Mentor and develop the HR and people operations team
- Drive cultural initiatives that reinforce core values and mission alignment
- Evaluate and improve workplace policies to support employee well-being
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from hire to exit with consistency and care
- Support leadership in maintaining ethical standards and accountability
- Represent people strategy in board-level discussions and planning sessions
