About the Role
The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the design and execution of technical solutions for high-impact clients, bridging business challenges with platform capabilities. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration across teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy integrated technology solutions that meet client requirements and scale with growth
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and technical constraints
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate architectural approaches
- Provide expert guidance during customer onboarding and high-impact technical engagements
- Document system designs, data flows, and integration patterns for internal and client use
- Advise on best practices for API usage, data modeling, and platform customization
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple environments and deployment stages
- Support sales teams by demonstrating platform capabilities and addressing technical objections
- Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior architects and technical consultants on design principles and implementation strategies
- Stay current with evolving platform features and industry trends in software architecture
- Drive adoption of reusable components and standardized architectural patterns
- Participate in agile planning cycles and contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for partners and internal teams
