Visante Consulting LLC is hiring a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to propel our growth by aligning sales strategies and expanding strategic client partnerships. You will leverage a deep network with hospital and health system executives to translate our strategic objectives into tangible business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Support the achievement of Visante's annual growth targets and related client services.
- Coordinate and pursue targeted lead generation with potential clients.
- Communicate Visante's capabilities and support leaders in partnership discussions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams on pricing and packaging recommendations to maximize revenue and price discipline.
- Maintain and grow a well-connected network of health system and hospital executives.
- Foster relationships between Visante leaders and clients to support business referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance Visante's communication and marketing plan.
- Provide timely updates to executives regarding shifting client needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain contemporary, accurate sales records, manage opportunities in CRM, and produce forecasts.
- Facilitate responses to requests for information for new business proposals.
- Support Visante's positioning as a trusted resource by informing the development of presentations and marketing efforts.
- Participate in conferences and industry events to educate potential clients and build brand reputation.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of professional experience operating in, selling to, or servicing health systems, including regular interaction with executive leadership teams.
- A well-established network and strong reputation among senior health system executives, particularly CFOs and/or Chief Pharmacy Officers.
- Proven successful strategic sales account planning skills.

- Knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy market.
