Inspire Medical Systems is hiring a Vice President, CFO Digital Business Unit to provide comprehensive financial leadership and strategic direction. This role is critical for shaping the financial future and operational success of our dedicated digital business segment.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the Digital Business Unit.
Develop and manage all financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the unit.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across business operations.
Partner with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives and evaluate business opportunities.
Analyze unit performance and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a distinct business unit.
Expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis for technology or digital-focused businesses.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Excellent strategic thinking and business partnership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
