The Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator plays a central role in strengthening the connection between veterinary clinics and their clients. By managing a dedicated portfolio of practices, you'll help ensure pets receive timely, recommended care through thoughtful follow-up and scheduling support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outreach to clients via phone, email, and text to schedule wellness visits, vaccinations, and other preventive services
- Act as the primary communication point between clinics and pet owners, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Review patient medical records to identify upcoming care needs and coordinate follow-up actions
- Educate clients on the importance of preventive treatments, including dental care and routine exams
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date client records across digital platforms
- Support clinic teams by assisting with workflow efficiency and meeting service delivery goals
- Respond professionally to client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues with empathy

Preferred Background
