EWOR GmbH is seeking a Co-Founder / Head of Growth to build and run your own startup in fields such as Vertical Farming. In this role, you will embark on a personal development journey with intensive support from serial entrepreneurs, with the ultimate goal of scaling your venture to €100M+ in revenues and building a €1B+ company.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Vertical Farming.
- Take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
- Participate in a personal development program enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
