The professional will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, governance, compliance, and program teams to ensure precise reporting, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Analysis - Develop business proposals and cost models aligned with organizational strategy - Support 2025-2030 business plan development ensuring strategic and regulatory compliance - Analyze customer strategy documentation and integrate insights into planning processes Financial & Regulatory Reporting - Prepare and validate financial and regulatory submissions per applicable standards - Conduct financial data quality assurance, investigating and identifying variances - Support Governance and Finance Analyst in constructing financial models - Maintain robust internal controls for financial and regulatory reporting accuracy Quality Assurance & Process Improvement - Drive quality management and streamline cross-team workflows - Implement new reporting requirements and process enhancements - Document and improve business planning and dependency processes - Research and recommend industry best practices for digitization and simplification Qualifications - Proven financial and business analysis experience, including regulatory reporting - Strong documentation skills for business requirements and financial modeling - Agile environment and cross-functional collaboration experience - Familiarity with financial systems, regulatory frameworks, internal controls - Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Technology/IT systems understanding preferred Benefits - Quarterly Performance-Related Profit Share Scheme - Career progression and mentorship programs - Flexible/remote working - Comprehensive financial wellbeing initiatives - Employee wellness schemes - Educational assistance and certification support - Reward and recognition programs - Community and diversity initiatives Ekta Bahl - Talent Acquisition Capability Partner #LI-EB1
