Genius Sports is hiring a Venue Operations Coordinator to help expand our operational presence across football clubs in Mexico. You'll play a key role managing the process of installing our equipment and systems in various sporting arenas, working in a culture where employees are empowered to stretch the boundaries of what's achievable.

What You'll Do

Manage portable kits domestically and support portable matches throughout Mexico.
Maintain legacy equipment in venues personally or via contractor.
Conduct site visits for system upgrades.
Manage the installation process for system upgrades.
Maintain and troubleshoot installed systems.
Provision equipment and help manage shipments into the country.

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient.
Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre, switches, cat6).
Valid driving license and experience with travel.
Willingness to transport equipment with your own vehicle if needed.
Experience with sending and receiving shipments.
Ability to work at heights (using small to medium ladders).
Ability to efficiently document your on-site work with photos and documents.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
