Genius Sports is hiring a Venue Operations Coordinator to help expand our operational presence across football clubs in Mexico. You'll play a key role managing the process of installing our equipment and systems in various sporting arenas, working in a culture where employees are empowered to stretch the boundaries of what's achievable.
What You'll Do
- Manage portable kits domestically and support portable matches throughout Mexico.
- Maintain legacy equipment in venues personally or via contractor.
- Conduct site visits for system upgrades.
- Manage the installation process for system upgrades.
- Maintain and troubleshoot installed systems.
- Provision equipment and help manage shipments into the country.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient.
- Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre, switches, cat6).
- Valid driving license and experience with travel.
- Willingness to transport equipment with your own vehicle if needed.
- Experience with sending and receiving shipments.
- Ability to work at heights (using small to medium ladders).
- Ability to efficiently document your on-site work with photos and documents.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
