Venterra Realty is looking for a Business Intelligence professional to join our Analytics and Business Intelligence team. You will provide analytical and reporting support to all functional areas, designing robust data visualizations to drive meaningful insights and business decisions. You will report to the Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

What You'll Do

Perform advanced data analysis and exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
Design and develop interactive reports and visualizations using Power BI and other dashboarding tools.
Manage and prioritize a backlog of requests effectively, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Work closely with the Data Engineering team to leverage and provide feedback on the new Lakehouse architecture.
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Property Operations, and Support Functions.
Partner with the Data Science team on predictive analytics projects to support long-term goals.
Contribute to the planning and execution of the BI Roadmap and Strategy.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Approximately 7 to 10 years of total work experience.
3-5 years experience in Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise data visualization tools.
Strong background in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
Proficient in SQL, with 7 years of hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment.
Must be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management and internal business partners.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python for data analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
