Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a Vendor Risk Manager Sr - Remote

Prime Therapeutics LLC is looking for a Senior Vendor Risk Manager to lead our Vendor Management & Oversight (VMO) program. You will manage, execute, and improve our oversight and risk management for third-party vendors, ensuring we help people get the medicine they need to feel better and live well.

What You'll Do

• Monitor ongoing vendor management activities and serve as the subject matter expert for the Vendor Management & Oversight Office.
• Develop policies, procedures, tools, and materials to facilitate an effective third-party vendor oversight program.
• Socialize VMO objectives across business areas and provide training to vendor managers.
• Develop key metrics and a scorecard to track and report on VMO progress and effectiveness.
• Maintain a central repository for VMO documents and serve as the point of contact for client audits and inquiries.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of work experience in third-party risk management, strategic sourcing, vendor contracting, or supplier relationship management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborate, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with third-party vendor oversight requirements from CMS, HIPAA, and accreditation organizations.

Nice to Have

• PBM or health care experience.
• Project management experience.
• Vendor manager or VMO experience.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary Range: $81,000.00 - $138,000.00
