Belong is looking for a Vendor Ops Specialist to join our Growth Team within the Growth & Sales department. This role is central to scaling our operations through effective vendor management and process optimization.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships and performance with key vendors.
- Analyze vendor data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement scalable vendor processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor operations with growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on key vendor performance metrics and SLAs.

- Proven experience in vendor management, operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with relevant tools.
- Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and process documentation skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a remote, dynamic environment.
