Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • At least 4 years of professional experience overseeing IT vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated ability managing diverse vendor portfolios, including cloud providers, managed services, workplace solutions, and infrastructure partners
  • Experience operating in environments governed by audits and strict security requirements

Nice to Have

  • Formal training in negotiation techniques, contract law, or financial oversight is beneficial
