About the Role

This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on vendor-funded allowances and rebates. The individual will work cross-functionally to ensure funds are properly applied and documented in alignment with contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor rebate and allowance programs for compliance and accuracy
  • Reconcile discrepancies between vendor reports and internal records
  • Maintain detailed documentation of vendor funding agreements
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to verify fund allocations
  • Track performance against vendor funding targets
  • Prepare regular financial summaries for leadership review
  • Identify opportunities to improve funding recovery processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
  • Support the resolution of vendor disputes related to funding
  • Analyze trends in vendor program performance
  • Assist in onboarding new vendor funding agreements
  • Maintain databases of active and historical vendor funds
  • Generate reports to measure funding effectiveness
  • Coordinate with accounts payable on vendor payment issues
  • Verify vendor compliance with contractual funding terms
  • Escalate unresolved funding issues to management
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify funding guidelines
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems
  • Respond to inquiries from vendor partners
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data
  • Stay current with changes in vendor programs
  • Contribute to process automation initiatives
