Hyundai USA seeks a Vehicle Distribution Specialist to manage product inventory and distribution in support of our business objectives and sales trends. In this key role within our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will coordinate production planning, vehicle distribution, and dealer support while collaborating closely with manufacturing partners and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Continuously monitor company inventory levels and ensure equitable vehicle distribution across dealer networks.
- Prepare and prioritize monthly production orders.
- Develop and submit monthly production forecasts to factories by trim and colour.
- Post and process monthly dealer vehicle orders through the dealer ordering system.
- Analyze sales trends by region and provide insights to support production and distribution decisions.
- Provide zone support by responding to dealer inquiries related to vehicle availability and orders.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain and continuously improve Sales & Distribution (S&D) modules and related processes with the IT department.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or a similar function.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of the Canadian automotive market.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of vehicle allocation systems.
- Knowledge of dealer and field operations.
- Knowledge of SAP.
