About the Role

Groupe Clarins is looking for an Assistant Social Media Project Manager & Content Production apprentice to join its Clarins France Social Media/Media team in Paris, starting in September 2026. You will report to the Social Media Project Manager and be a key contributor in developing the Clarins brand visibility on social media in France.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the operational implementation of actions across social media platforms.
  • Prepare briefs for the agency to define priority topics and actions.
  • Monitor digital campaigns with influencers to develop brand visibility.
  • Prepare and participate in filming/shootings to create video and photo content.
  • Control and monitor content distribution across all social platforms.
  • Develop and write tactical social media content.
  • Manage the Clarins France YouTube channel, including animation, publishing, and moderation.
  • Write the communication department’s newsletter.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal departments on project management.
  • Produce summaries, reports, and benchmarks.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a student in Business School, Communication, or equivalent, at a minimum Bac+4/+5 level.
  • First experience in an agency or client-side in Social Media or Influence.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
  • An affinity for influencer marketing.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Social Media/Media team of Clarins France, reporting directly to the Social Media Project Manager.
