Vattenfall is seeking a B2C Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for Vattenfall Smart Solutions GmbH, based in Berlin. This is a fixed-term contract position for 2 years, starting on 01.01.2026. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth internal processes.
What You'll Do
- Organize and coordinate internal sales processes.
- Contribute to process adjustments and improvements in collaboration with the sales team.
- Act as the single point of contact for IT requirements from Pre-Sales and Sales.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Process and Product Management, Data Protection, and Reporting.
- Support KPI tracking and the creation of analyses.
- Maintain an overview of ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
- Manage and update customer and employee data in the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot).
- Prepare PowerPoint slides and documents for meetings.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's degree OR comparable qualification through at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, assistant work, or office management.
- Strong organizational skills and structured way of working.
- Proactive, solution-oriented personality with a positive demeanor.
- Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Entrepreneurial thinking.
- Very good English language skills, spoken and written.
