BrandBastion seeks a Value & Marketing Insights Team Lead specializing in marketing analytics. You will own how we measure and communicate the impact of our solutions across organic social and paid performance channels. Your role is to transform complex engagement and performance data into clear narratives, ROI frameworks, and executive-ready insights that help customers renew, expand, and win internal support.
What You'll Do
- Define and own BrandBastion’s measurement approach for customer impact across engagement, moderation outcomes, sentiment, and paid performance signals.
- Build ROI models and reporting templates that connect platform activity to business outcomes and customer goals.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to standardize 'metrics that matter' by segment and use case.
- Own customer case studies end to end, from analysis to narrative to final deliverables for Sales and Marketing.
- Produce benchmark and insights reports that help position BrandBastion in the market and support pipeline.
- Turn data into clear recommendations that a VP of Marketing or Head of Social can act on.
- Run a monthly review of key accounts covering usage, feature adoption, goal progress, and realized value.
- Identify churn risk signals and propose concrete intervention plans with Customer Success.
- Build simple, repeatable scorecards that help CS and Sales align on where to focus.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts with a focus on marketing measurement, clarity, and decision-ready insights.
- Set priorities and standards for reporting, analysis quality, and narrative consistency.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing analytics or performance marketing analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or an agency serving enterprise brands.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing metrics and paid performance, including how to interpret results and tradeoffs.
- Experience working with social platform reporting ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit), either directly or via client reporting.
- Experience with attribution concepts (multi-touch, view-through, lift), experimentation (A/B tests), and measurement pitfalls.
- Strong experience building ROI narratives and executive-ready reporting, including QBRs, case studies, benchmarks, or business reviews.
- Skilled in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), with strong data visualization skills.
- Marketing experience is a must-have: You know how to measure and report on organic social and paid social media performance, including engagement, reach, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and incremental lift.
- Business Savvy Storyteller: You understand marketing and sales dynamics and know how to turn data into stories that resonate with executives.
- Marketing & Product Mindset: You understand funnels, campaigns, attribution, customer journeys, and how product features create customer value.
- Proactive & Collaborative: You thrive working across functions, balancing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from idea to execution.
