Produbanco is looking for a Value Chain Advisor to manage the comprehensive sales and post-sales process for payroll-related asset and liability products. You will foster customer relationships throughout the payroll value chain.
What You'll Do
- Operationalize the opening of accounts and other products generated within the payroll value chain.
- Commercialize the value proposition for payroll offerings and its associated asset and liability sub-products.
- Prospect clients through identified databases and/or direct sales.
- Commercialize all payroll-related campaigns.
- Conduct follow-up on the enrollment and delivery of all products to customers.
- Fulfill commercial strategies, sales scripts, objection handling, minimum contactability time, customer base follow-up, and attendance at fairs and other events related to the value chain offering.
- Address and support the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Prepare reports on processed openings and report any issues to the appropriate party.
- Meet assigned sales and payroll retention objectives.
- Prepare base management reports, monthly submissions to CRM, and origination reports.
- Regularize payroll accounts and their associated processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of proven commercial skills and experience conducting client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or International Business.
Nice to Have
- Advisory and sales experience with mass consumption products, insurance, or specialized products.
Work Mode
This is an on-site position based in Guayaquil (GYE).
