Responsibilities
- Determine a reliable estimate of market value for prospective deals to support acquisition decisions
- Determine a reliable pricing strategy to sell acquired properties
- Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all acquired properties
- Determine turnaround times for property dispositions
- Partner with the Sales Department regarding pricing decisions, budget, and construction strategy
- Partner with the Construction Department regarding pricing decisions, budget, and scope of work
- Value properties across the entire US
- Ensure the accuracy of all valuations
- Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations
- Ensure properties do not sit too long on the market
- Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
Nice to Have
- Appraisal license
- Completed all appraisal coursework
- Bachelor’s degree
- Amazing computer skills
- Ability to pick up new technology quickly
