About the Role
The position is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The individual will act as the main contact for clients, coordinate with internal departments, and support the execution of service commitments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications
- Monitor account performance and service delivery metrics
- Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
- Support onboarding and transition processes for new clients
- Track and report on key performance indicators for assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate responses to client audits or compliance reviews
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary
- Facilitate regular client status meetings
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements
- Support client training and education initiatives
- Gather and share client feedback with product and operations teams
- Assist in the development of client-specific reports
- Promote client retention through proactive engagement
- Work with finance to resolve billing concerns
- Stay informed about changes in client business needs
- Support contract renewal preparation activities
- Coordinate with technical teams on system updates affecting clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Follow company policies and compliance standards
- Participate in cross-functional improvement projects
- Assist in the evaluation of client satisfaction
- Support implementation of client-driven process changes
- Ensure timely communication during service disruptions
