About the Role

Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership through proactive engagement, performance tracking, and solution alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients to ensure contract compliance and service delivery
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client performance and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement solutions
  • Track and report on key account metrics and service outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date client documentation and contract records
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients transitioning to services
  • Monitor client utilization and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Serve as advocate for client needs across departments
  • Coordinate responses to client inquiries and service requests
  • Prepare presentations and reports for client and internal leadership
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Drive client retention through proactive relationship management
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on platform features and updates
  • Leverage CRM tools to track interactions and account progress
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Assist in the development of client-specific service plans
