About the Role

CSL Seqirus is hiring a Vaccine Sales Specialist (or Senior Vaccine Sales Specialist based on qualifications) to promote our main brands across customer segments. In this field-based remote role in the Modesto territory, you will be a customer-facing expert, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and focused on delivering flu portfolio product sales.

What You'll Do

  • Build a multi-specialty group of important accounts across several customer segments.
  • Contact potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance.
  • Obtain contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.
  • Deliver flu portfolio product sales in important accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs.
  • Develop appropriate value-added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources.
  • Work directly with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize important accounts and lead strategic goals.
  • Contract and create opportunity for sales growth in designated segments.
  • Conduct routine collaborative meetings with your team to implement tactical plans set forth by sales and marketing.
  • Cultivate close relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service departments.
  • Develop and implement a plan to achieve CSL Seqirus brand goals and identify new opportunities with important accounts.
  • Analyze accounts' near-term and longer-term goals to promote sales and lead the implementation of company products and services.
  • Organize meetings with customers to review product information and treatment protocols.
  • Retain long-term relationships with established customers to ensure customer agreement and create a foundation for new business.
  • Develop customer routing, a strategic key account business plan, and a daily pre-call plan for customer engagement.
  • Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Develop business solutions at customers that help to enhance partnership within Seqirus primary channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 or more years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience, or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 at the Vaccine Sales Specialist level, with potential for a higher salary based on Senior VSS title and qualifications

This is a remote, field-based position with an assigned territory in Modesto.
