At IQVIA, we are committed to making a difference in global healthcare. We are looking for an intern to join our Clinical Trials Team for a 6-month internship focused on gaining broad, project-based experience in clinical trial execution and training for the Clinical Research Associate role.
What You'll Do
- Support Clinical Trials Assistants with essential documentation and filing tasks.
- Accompany Clinical Research Associates to various research site visits, including onsite, remote, and administrative visits.
- Assist the Study Start-Up Group with preparing documents for submission to Ethical Committees and for contracting purposes.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in life science-based subjects.
- Good communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and fluent command of English.
- Fluent Italian and/or French language skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and internet and communication tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Flexibility for frequent business travel and possession of a Driving license category B.
- You must be located in Switzerland.
Nice to Have
- An advanced theoretical training program in clinical research.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Latest computer systems and first-class IT equipment.
Team & Environment
You will be integrated into the Clinical Trials Team, working closely with Clinical Trials Assistants, Clinical Research Associates, and the Study Start-Up Group.
