Family Health International (FHI 360) is hiring an HRIS Specialist II to manage day-to-day administrative functions for our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and robust reporting. You will act as a key liaison between the People and Culture and Digital Transformation and Technology departments, providing essential systems support and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Provide support across multiple human resource functions, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent.
- Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows, and security.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday navigation, transactions, and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and system clean-up to ensure data accuracy across all Workday modules.
- Build and deliver advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Analyze HR data on employment, compensation, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Create and maintain job aids, training videos, and user communications.
- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve the user experience.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Typically 5-8 years of experience with human resources and information systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Experience creating calculated fields and using EIBs for data loads.
- Working knowledge of HR administration principles and HRIS standards.
- An analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual compensation: USD 80,000 - 110,000
- FHI 360 contributes 7% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan.
- 18 days of paid vacation per year.
