About the Role

Family Health International (FHI 360) is hiring an HRIS Specialist II to manage day-to-day administrative functions for our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and robust reporting. You will act as a key liaison between the People and Culture and Digital Transformation and Technology departments, providing essential systems support and analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support across multiple human resource functions, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent.
  • Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows, and security.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday navigation, transactions, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits and system clean-up to ensure data accuracy across all Workday modules.
  • Build and deliver advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
  • Analyze HR data on employment, compensation, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Create and maintain job aids, training videos, and user communications.
  • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve the user experience.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Typically 5-8 years of experience with human resources and information systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
  • Experience creating calculated fields and using EIBs for data loads.
  • Working knowledge of HR administration principles and HRIS standards.
  • An analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Annual compensation: USD 80,000 - 110,000
  • FHI 360 contributes 7% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan.
  • 18 days of paid vacation per year.
  • 12 sick days per year.
  • 11 holidays per year.
