Paired is hiring a UX/UI Designer to join a client marketing company. In this role, you’ll focus on translating business objectives and user needs into effective design solutions for websites, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms. You will create experiences that support lead generation and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize user-centered experiences for corporate websites, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms with a focus on usability and conversion.
- Translate business objectives, marketing strategies, and user needs into effective UX/UI solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, developers, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with goals.
- Apply UX best practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Design conversion-focused landing pages for B2B campaigns, including lead generation funnels.
- Work with developers using your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components for brand consistency.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Optimize existing websites and pages based on performance data and user feedback.
- Support website builds and updates using CMS tools and page builders, including HubSpot.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail and quality across all deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a solid portfolio.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency working in Figma.
- Excellent visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working at a marketing or web development agency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the HubSpot page builder.
- B2B design experience.
