ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator for our construction services division. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll contribute to strategic thinking while actively creating content—writing copy, designing visuals, and publishing posts—alongside an in-house content creator. The position operates within EST hours and is remote.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine creative direction, brand messaging, and content strategy.
- Lead the implementation of content plans across social media and digital channels.
- Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, campaigns, and digital content (B2B & B2C).
- Design on-brand graphics for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Publish and manage content across social platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and timing.
- Turn high-level ideas into practical creative plans, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Lead regular planning and review sessions with the internal content team.
- Review, refine, and approve content to ensure brand alignment and high standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and launches.
- Stay up to date with social media, branding, and digital marketing trends.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
- Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Proven experience creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Comfort working across both B2B and B2C content.
- A creative thinker who can also execute—ideas don’t just stay in your head.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
