Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the design lifecycle
- Translate user needs into functional design solutions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results
- Maintain design system components and documentation
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Optimize interfaces for performance and responsiveness
- Work within agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX or UI design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Familiarity with usability testing methods
- Ability to work independently and seek feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for fintech or financial platforms
- Background in motion design or micro-interactions
- Understanding of data privacy in user experience
- Experience with A/B testing workflows
- Familiarity with internationalization and localization
