What You'll Do
Shape product launches by turning technical details into narrative-rich videos that resonate with users. You’ll develop concepts, write scripts, and build storyboards that clarify and excite—before diving into animation. Your work will define how new features are introduced, making the complex feel intuitive and the invisible, visible.
Lead motion production from start to finish: animate interfaces with precision, design transitions that feel native, and choreograph text and sound to guide attention. You’ll direct voiceover performances and choose music that elevates tone, ensuring every audiovisual element supports the story.
Collaborate across product, design, and marketing, iterating quickly as priorities shift. You’ll balance creative ownership with alignment, refining ideas until they land. While working asynchronously with a distributed team, you’ll manage your own workflow across multiple fast-moving launches.
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools into your process—using Runway, Pika, or similar—to prototype faster and uncover new visual techniques. Help define what AI-native motion design can be, not just how to use it.

Work Environment
This role operates in a fully async, distributed environment. You’ll work remotely with flexibility, collaborating across time zones. Success here means thriving with ambiguity, moving quickly, and taking full ownership of your creative output from idea to delivery.
Culture
The team values high leverage—doing more with less—and rewards creative initiative. You’ll be expected to ship meaningful work independently, experiment often, and help shape something new. If you’re energized by early-stage ideas and enjoy building what hasn’t been done before, this environment will feel like the right fit.
