As a Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist, you will be responsible for producing high-impact video content designed to drive user acquisition and engagement across digital platforms. Your work will directly influence campaign performance through visually striking, data-informed creative that captures attention and converts viewers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and edit video ads optimized for social media and adult-adjacent platforms, focusing on performance metrics and audience retention
- Lead end-to-end post-production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing goals
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate storyboards and concepts grounded in performance insights
- Integrate generative AI tools—including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway—into your workflow to accelerate production and expand creative possibilities
- Adapt content across formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications while maintaining visual consistency and impact
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data, prioritizing speed and optimization
- Stay current with trends in short-form video and adult-content advertising to inform innovative approaches
- Ensure all materials comply with platform policies and brand standards without sacrificing creative boldness
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience creating video content for paid digital campaigns, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate success
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Hands-on experience using AI generation tools in creative workflows
- Solid understanding of motion design, pacing, sound design, and narrative structure in short-form video
- Familiarity with KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and the ability to refine creative based on data
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving, iterative environment
- Comfort creating content for NSFW or adult-themed products, with awareness of industry-specific guidelines
