Work with early-stage ideas, raw product concepts, and sometimes fuzzy client inputs - and turn them into clickable concepts at speed - because we don't have time for perfection before validation;
Lead or co-lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints;
Ask users, test ideas, learn quickly - because guessing is not a design strategy;
Own your work end-to-end, from problem framing to collaborating closely with developers and PMs to ensure designs are not only thoughtful, but buildable;
Actively contribute to expanding The Norm’s knowledge base with proven methods, scalable frameworks, and practical tools;
Support pre-sales efforts by crafting UX-focused proposals that clearly communicate value and fit for client needs;

3+ years in UX or Product Design;
Experience working on digital products (web or mobile), portfolio is required;
Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design. Knowledge of visual design principles is implied;
Confident using Figma. Other visual design/prototyping tools are welcome;
Very comfortable in facilitating communication with clients and cross-functional teams;
Knowledge of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ (written/spoken)
